Hands down the best investment I have made for myself and my health! Laura helped me feel myself again after my 5th child was born.....I feel stronger and healthier than I have in years! Both she and Laura keep the atmosphere fun while being incredibly supportive!
This is a beautiful studio located at the top floor of the Hampstead Tower! Good vibes, good energy, great classes, and wonderful service! They also have a Theralight bed and Halotherapy!!
Being a "senior": flexability, strengthening and balance have been a concern. Jill was wonderful to work with. She considered my limitations and adapted workouts that were just right for me. She had just the right amount of push. I highly recommend this facility.
