Amazing team: The office staff & management, the HVAC technicians, comfort specialist and HVAC installation team are very professional, hard working and detailed oriented. It was a very smooth process in replacing our worn down 18 yr old HVAC system. We had lots of questions & the team was very patient and took their time answering all our questions. Zo came to my house today and brought comfort back. He installed an AC portable to keep me comfortable until my new unit is installed. He checked everything out in my system and made recommendations to get it comfortable again permanently. Thanks, Zo!
Exceptional experience from start to finish with Central Heating and Cooling. After putting it off for several years, our old furnace finally gave out and we decided to replace our entire, 15-year old system. Central tech’s were there quick, professional and were very transparent. They also install Trane systems which, in my experience, are the most reliable. For whatever reason, some of the big name companies in Charlotte don’t carry Trane. I had two other companies look at our system and Central was hands down the best value. I couldn’t recommend them more. Special thanks to Jesus and Juan who managed the installation.
