We had Victor come out to inspect our AC unit, and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything that was wrong with the system and even provided photos as proof, which gave us a lot of confidence in his recommendations.

Unfortunately, it’s easy to become suspicious of people in this industry because of stories about overcharging or unnecessary repairs, but Victor was honest and transparent throughout the entire process. His integrity and attention to detail truly stood out.

I highly recommend Central Heating & Cooling, and we will absolutely be requesting Victor again for any future HVAC needs.

Exceptional experience from start to finish with Central Heating and Cooling. After putting it off for several years, our old furnace finally gave out and we decided to replace our entire, 15-year old system. Central tech’s were there quick, professional and were very transparent. They also install Trane systems which, in my experience, are the most reliable. For whatever reason, some of the big name companies in Charlotte don’t carry Trane. I had two other companies look at our system and Central was hands down the best value. I couldn’t recommend them more. Special thanks to Jesus and Juan who managed the installation.

We had an issue with our heating system. Sam came out got everything fixed and checked to ensure everything was working properly. Sam was awesome and Intentive he made sure any questions were answered and let us feeling reassured. Thanks Sam!
