Victor was very friendly in our inspection visit when our AC went out. He clearly explained what was going on and the options we had. When scheduled the work, he was the one to complete the repairs. Victor had great communication throughout and worked hard in very hot conditions. He even let us borrow 2 portable AC units to help us get by until the new parts came in, dropped them off and helped set them up. Everything is back to working perfectly now thanks to him and Central Heating & Cooling.

Had a sensor issue with my system and called Central Heating & Cooling to take a look. They diagnosed it fast, replaced the faulty sensor, and the price matched what they quoted upfront - no surprises on the bill. Appreciate the honesty.

My unit was acting up and I honestly had no idea what was wrong. The technician found the issue, showed me exactly what was going on, and explained it in a way that actually made sense before doing the repair. Felt like I could trust what they were telling me.
