The measuring person came out within a few days and we then went to the warehouse in Charlotte to see the layout and within a few days more the workmen came out and replaced our countertops. The work was excellent and they finished in no time. We love our new countertops.“

“I initially found out about Kitchen Tune-Up in Charlotte, NC thru their TV ad. They're listed with BBB, had no complaints, and had good online reviews. I was especially drawn to them because I didn't want to spend many thousands of dollars getting my entire kitchen re-done in order to have new glass cupboard doors. I liked the idea of a refacing instead. It did take several weeks from project start to finish, but I found it to be worth the wait. I was skeptical at first, but after seeing their brand new showroom and each segment of my project being done so well, my fears were allayed. There were a few finishing touches that needed fine tuning once the project was almost finished, and the last person to show up worked really hard to complete it. I found the employees to be professional and have a good work ethic, as the owner undoubtedly instilled in them to go above and beyond to please their customers.
