Been doing business with bass insurance services for the last 3 year and Kim and her staff always been there for me. Recently one of my drivers was involved in an accident, the same day they called and setup an adjuster without any delay to get me back on the road. They got all my respect and they gained a life long customer. Thank you for all you help.

Kim Bass and her phenomenal staff have been amazing. My daughter had a car wreck and we were upset and a mess. We called Kim and were immediatley put at ease. She filed our claim and the whole process was seamless. She's great and so profressial. I'll never use anyone else again!!
