I was seen in a timely manner. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only concern was the girl who fitted me for a split on my left wrist cut the straps too short to go around my hand once it swelled. Otherwise, I would have given this a 5* review.
I’ve been to this specific location several times over the years for different illnesses, but recently the couple of times I’ve had to go to urgent care here, the doctors have been sooo pleasant and helpful. They seem very genuine in attempting to figure out what the problem is, they speak very kindly but not condescending or dismissive and I really appreciate that considering other experiences I’ve had! I wish I knew the female doctors name so I could shout her out, she was very patient and kind!! (Four stars because we couldn’t find the root cause of my pain, I need further testing and ultrasounds possibly, so I wish the urgent care itself had access to more...read full review
I went there with my 3 1/2 year old son asking them to please re-test him for whooping cough after a different urgent care did not want to test him again (he tested negative the first time). I knew he had it because his symptoms were textbook. They immediately retested him and gave me the antibiotics right away! Yes, he did test positive the second time. Our experience here was great.
