I organized a moving clean last minute on a townhouse I was renting and Merci really stepped up to the plate! She arrived on a Sunday at 1pm - short staffed, she single handedly cleaned my place until 7pm in the evening. Amazing clean, courteous and I got my full deposit back because of her!
