Erin is amazing at her work and and an absolute joy to spend your appointment with! I have been a client since I moved to Charlotte 3 years ago for color, cut and Keratin. My friends think I’m crazy because I travel 30 minutes to Huntersville to get my hair done, but I refuse to go anywhere else. The Keratin Express she does lasts 6-8 weeks when the recommended time is 4 weeks. She always listens and gives advice as I consider different cuts and color I would like to do for my hair. If you are considering Erin and Serendipity, you should definitely book - you won’t regret it!

I switched to Erin Pepper almost two years ago after I felt that I needed a change with my hairstylist, and I've never looked back! Erin does a fantastic job with cut and color, and my hair has never looked better. She is careful to blend my new base color with my existing color every time she does my hair, and she cuts my hair precisely and evenly. My highlights look very natural, and she adjusted my blonde shading to better suit my skin tone. She also only works with one client at a time - no more waiting for my hairstylist to finish someone else's hair before returning to mine! As a result, she's much faster with my appointments, and I really appreciate her consideration...read full review
