Aaron conducted a very thorough pre-drywall inspection on our house under construction in Davidson NC. He prepared a 78 page comprehensive report and followed it up with a call to discuss his findings. Our builder used his report to repair almost all the issues that Aaron identified during our actual pre-drywall meeting. We are extremely satisfied with his work which made our building experience less stressful especially since we are still in NJ. Highly recommend Refuge Home Inspections for that peace of mind that someone else is looking after you to have a wonderful home to move in.

Aaron worked with our client on her first home purchase. The home was built in the 70’s so we knew it wouldn’t be perfect. Aaron took the time to thoroughly explain the items he found to our client, helped ease her mind, was friendly, knowledgeable and.. fun!
