First puppy visit for my sweet 14 week old Kambi. I won’t lie, I was kinda nervous. She is a Goldendoodle full of spunk and had never left my side till today. She did great and looked adorable. Everything I requested and spoke about was honored and fulfilled. The communication was spot on also. I can’t express enough how pleased I was. Thank you for the great care you showed my baby girl. We’ll see you again in 6 weeks. Thanks again!!

Pawfections does a wonderful job grooming my goldendoodle and cockapoo.

We have been taking our Westie Duncan to Mackenzie for a long time now. The groomers that Duncan had before was rough with him and he did not want to go to Pawfections the 1st time, but Mackenzie won him over. Now when we turn down the road leading to her shop he starts getting excited. The time before his last visit I arrived early to pick him up and she allowed me to come in and stand beside the table as she worked on him. To say the least I was impressed with the way she handles the pets and the kindness and love that she shows them. She is also very meticulous with the job that she does. This last visit we also took in Duncan's new little brother Archie, so she can start working with him and getting him used to be at the groomers. If you know anything about Westies that have what is called Westie-tude that starts at a very young age. When they pups they are ornery, won't sit still for anything and have the attitude of a dog 10X their size, yet she was able to win him over in one visit. If anyone is looking for a Groomer in the Charlotte area I would HIGHLY recommend Mackenzie, you will not regret it. Oh and she is reasonably priced compared to the other shops in the area.
