I really am disappointed in writing this. I was going to “Tim” a few times and really wanted to not assume anything until I found out he was overcharging me. I had happened to ask a woman there how much my nails would be but when I went to him, he gave me a price 3 dollars more. I could sense the woman was right and she said something to him in their language after she heard him give me a price $3 more. That’s when I knew he was sneaky. Bless that woman’s heart. I had been going there on and off over 10 years and even so, he just didn’t appear friendly. Not sure if he’s the owner. But I caught him in a lie. I was disappointed. First time going to Nails Up and I was nervous ? because I'm disabled and didn't know what to expect. I'm happy to say I have found my nail salon ☺️ they were so nice and respectful and that means the world to me. The pedicure tech did a great job she didn't rush or cut corners. My nail tech was nice and accommodated my needs because I have no mobility in my right hand. I felt comfortable and was great full that she took her time with me. It amazing! Very close friends of mine told me about this nail salon. At first I thought I was a bit scare cuz some of the nail salons are too sketchy and couldn't get my nail right which is ok but sometimes they put something on that I didn't want in the first place and try to overcharge me. Anyway my point is, I trust this nail salon and I went there twice! They did it so perfectly and never try to scam or hurt me. Thx u nail ups spa for working so hard! I'll gladly come again for special occasions or whenever I feel happy! Best service ever! ☺
