Millennium Pest Management has gone above and beyond. I emailed them on Friday about an issue and in the mean time my dad passed away. They called me this morning to address the issue and I asked them to come early so I could leave and stay busy to keep my mind off of things. When they showed up, they had a gift bag with a nail gift certificate for my sister and I to get pedicures. I was at a loss of words. Amazing customer service. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you!
Mike was great! Very professional! I also appreciate how accommodating he was with my work from home meeting and my dogs and kids. Thank you for your detailed and professional work.
Thank you for the thorough inspection and service, Mike! I was impressed with how quickly you diagnosed problems and all the thoughtful, custom solutions you had for our home. We look forward to referring others.
