I just had the best massage of my life with Renee! I have an old injury that causes chronic pain, and she made it feel so much better. She had the perfect firm pressure and was super nice. 10/10 for sure, I’ll be back.

Not sure where to begin, but $218 for a 60-minute couples massage was an excessive ask.For starters, we did not receive the full 60 minutes. Secondly, we heard one of the associate’s stomach growl the entire 40 minutes of our massages.Thirdly, to best describe my experience, it seemed that my masseuse was scared to touch me & lacked focus. She didn’t get all the areas I asked for, things weren’t done the same on each side of my body, and it was abruptly cut short with no warning or fairwell. This score would have been much lower if it weren't for the front desk personnel. I had a 90 minute appointment with Eric and arrived on time. After checking in, my mom called. I explained to them that my brother had just died and this was my mom calling so I needed to take the call to discuss to find out if the body had been released and if we could make arrangements. When I finished the call 15 minutes later, I was told Eric wouldn't see me...even if I paid for 90 and got less than that.I reiterated that I wasn't merely chit chatting with a friend.
