LKN Home Repair, led by David and his team, is highly recommended for their quality work and reasonable pricing. They handle various projects, including dry rot repairs and fence installations, with a polite and friendly crew that keeps the work area clean. While their responsiveness to emails could improve, this may be due to their popularity and busy schedule. Customers appreciate their expertise and plan to use their services again in the future.
Lake Norman Home Repair completed a sunroom demo and rebuild for us in September of 2025. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. They visited our home the day after we requested an estimate for repairing our aging metal sunroom roof. David’s company was the only one that was even willing to attempt a fix. The estimate was reasonable, and on-line reviews for them are exceptional so we decided to go with them for the fix. After removing the old rotting roof, the old structure was no longer sound, so we made the decision to have the entire room rebuilt. Again, David’s quote and timeline both seemed reasonable, so we contracted them to do the total rebuild (including demo of the entire existing structure). They started work immediately, and all of crews were diligent. Every subcontractor used was all work, no-nonsense, and performed at a high level. All crews worked for 8-11 hours per day, non-stop. We are extremely pleased with the finished product, and we have used the new room every day since completion. Again, their quote was reasonable, came in on budget & the work was exceptional! We will be using Lake Norman Home Repair again for any job, big or small and we would highly recommend David & team to anyone that is looking for quality work at a fair price! Professional, responsive, efficient, and courteous...could not ask for more! Also, Communication & follow-up is second to none!
I give David 5 stars. He is truly devoted to his work and it shows up in the way he completes a job. Replacing my boat house siding was scheduled for 2 days. Due to the structure of this 1965 boat house, David finished up late on the 3rd day. I so appreciate how he completed the job. A great guy to work with. I highly recommend him.
LKN Home Repair completes a very difficult removal of a wood burning fireplace and chimney, including repairing the roof, new drywall and painting the room. It turned out beautifully and they were very easy to work with. Good communication and honest guys!
