Lizzy Hoffman you are one amazing inspirational and beautiful human, it was such a blessing to be able to do my “one on one 200h yoga teacher training” with Lizz, I have learned so much about about myself, my weaknesses (that I will improve on) and my strengths, I’ve gotten to know my emotional self, and of course this wonderful thing we call yoga, the magic that happens when we speak all these beautiful Sanskrit words and what they mean. During my time with Lizz she was patient, warm, encouraging, funny, someone that I felt comfortable enough to speak my truth.

First time back since having my daughter. Took the Hot 26 with Lizette. She was awesome and very helpful with it being my first time back in a while. I always feel welcome at the studio and the instructors try to help each person pick a comfortable position for a levels.

I've wanted to get my 200 hour yoga certification for some time and signed up for the month-long intensive Urban Bliss YTT. I feel so grateful and lucky to have had Lizzie in such a small group for an entire month. She has been practicing yoga her whole life and knows so much about alignment, anatomy, yoga poses, the yoga sutras and so much more. Lizzie can take a pose you have been doing for years and break it down in ways you never thought possible. She is old school and sets high expectations for her students, but the amount you will learn and your ability to teach a class at the end of 30 days is incredible.
