Horizons Eye Care is a great place. The staff are all great. They all know exactly what they’re doing. Dr. Bell is a great doctor. She can diagnose and treat and make you feel very important while she is doing it.
I had a great visit. The staff were friendly and efficient. I didn’t have to wait. Dr. Rouse answered all of my questions as well as noticing that my blood pressure was moderately high and making recommendations to me about it. Dr. Rouse Is a great doctor and I look forward to seeing him in a couple of years.
