My father came in and got both of his eyes done for cataract surgery over the course of a few months. Dr Whiteside is the kindest doctor I’ve had the pleasure to work with my dad. After each surgery he personally called my dad to ask how he was doing. I’ve never had a doctor do that, ever. They even sent us a Christmas card (not sure if it was them, or the Novant hospital, but either way). All their office staff is kind and patient with my dad. Would highly recommend Dr whiteside.
I've always had a good experience at this office - as the staff is friendly, consistent (low turnover) and Dr. Whiteside is knowledgeable...providing good care. You may wait a few minutes - as schedules flow, but I am normally seen within 15-20 minutes of my appointment and given his complete attention...including him walking me to the front desk. Go see them!
Outstanding! Dr. Whiteside is so thorough and kind. I have a very complicated case, and he fully explained all my options. I left feeling confident about my next steps and very hopeful about the prospects of resolving my issues. His staff was accommodating and caring! I live on the other side of town and drove an hour to see them, and I am glad I did. They are great!
