We worked with Ted for about 3 months coming up with options for a home addition and remodel on our 1950's ranch. We noticed he was doing 2 other homes in the neighborhood and got in contact with him. Ted was able to work within our budget and make the design and plans happen. Sadly about 2 months prior to our start date, we had to transfer for work. While we didn't get to finish, Ted made the process simple and easy to understand. We would have loved to complete the project and would do it all over with Ted and Authentic if we were to stay in Charlotte area.
Authentic Construction did an outstanding job adding a second story to our original ranch-style home. Ted was a fantastic GC to work with, and his son Garrett kept daily operations running smoothly from start to finish. They communicated clearly, stayed on schedule, and delivered quality craftsmanship in every detail.
