Does great work for reasonable price.
In my experience, quality, reliable contractors/service people are hard to come by. Luckily I was able to get a great recommendation for handyman work, A Handy Solution. When a tenant contacted me about the front door not locking properly and issues locking the bathroom doors, I called Josh. Not only did he answer the phone, he was also able to go to the home that same day to assess & fix the issues. Josh was transparent, honest and communicated well throughout the process. He is also reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend Josh to any friends and family and plan on calling on him again in the future.
