I called Boots Plumbing with a request to install a kitchen sprayer. The part I purchased didn't work. Hal suggested a Moen system which I bought and he installed a few days later. The installation was done correctly in minimum time for a very reasonable price. This is an outstanding business which exhibits superior customer service. I called first thing on a Tuesday morning and the young woman who answered said, we can have a tech out at your place at 9am. I was surprised they could be there that soon, the tech took a look at my sump pump and gave me two options. I could replace the whole system or replace the pump motor. I chose to replace the whole unit so maybe I wouldn’t run into this problem again. The gentleman had the unit here within the hour and completed the whole job before lunch. They were very professional and efficient. I will recommend Boots plumbing to friends and coworkers for any of their plumbing needs.Services: Sump pump installation

We had a leak in our step down area and couldn't be sure of where it was coming from. So we were on the Progress Energy water heater plan but the two guys they sent out couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from and they said it was coming from inside the brick via pipe. Well I cancelled my protection plan with Progress Energy and called Boot's!! The senior gentleman looked and studied the heater and determined the release valve was stuck. So we got a new water heater (the one replaced was about 28 years old). They worked so well and set us up with a wonderful new water heater!! The work was well done and no problems noted.
