I've hired Tim three times now. He saved me from buying a residental property with plumbing issues and a commercial property with fire safety issues. Just closed on new construction residential property. He flagged the HVAC but the builder said he was wrong. I had a certified HVAC inspect the system and they confirmed he was correct in his inspection. Tim has literally saved me thousands of dollars.

Tim was very courteous and professional. He was willing to come out during the weekend and at a time that suited us best. He also made sure to get the report done and to us in record time. Highly recommend.

Tim's pricing I would say is the going rate in the area. quality of his work and knowledge is outstanding very detailed in his pictures and his explanations of what is wrong. And I will have him come back to re-inspect when the work is completed to satisfaction I highly put my trust in Tim.
