First of all, DALTON!!! If you ever have this company to do your roof and Dalton is your contact/salesperson, he will go above and beyond to make sure it is done right. There is NO pressure. The communication is wonderful, whether it's text/email. Mr. Dalton is very professional and he loves what he do. My insurance company was giving me a hard time about replacing the whole roof. Dalton fought for me and my insurance approved. I had my roof done on Nov 1st. First time homeowner and never had a roof replacement before. Mr. Dalton helped me pick out the roof color for my home. I'm so glad Lowell stopped by our house. He was very nice and explained the insurance process to us. Honestly we didn't even know that was an option and now we have a brand new beautiful roof! Thank you Lowell and The Roof Mentors for the great work yall did!
