I want to thank this location for making my pain finally go away. This is one the Best Chiropractor I have been to, I definitely recommend this place. The staff and Dr. Scott are great very helpful caring environment.

Nelson & Nelson has given me life! I went to the one on Main St in Hope Mills and Dr. Smith and the staff are amazing courteous, professional, and full of information. I’ve gone to The Joint, a Chiropractor on Ramsey, and a few others, but they do not compare! The doctor actually took an x-ray before performing an alignment—-and the treatments——OMG—-have helped tremendously! Highly recommend! Best Chiropractic Office I’ve been to in or around Fayetteville.
