I’ve been going to Lily Nails for nearly 3 years now, and yesterday I came in for my usual services—a pedicure and full set. I had a young gentleman do my pedicure who I had never seen before. From the beginning, the service was very rough and uncomfortable, and unfortunately, I was not happy with how my pedicure turned out. I had originally asked for a French tip, but he was unable to do it, so I asked him to leave it with regular polish instead.

I’ve been going to Lily’s nails for the last 7 years, I had just moved to Fayetteville from California and I was looking for a great nails place, I went to Lily’s nails and I like it but my sister advise me to go across the street to Linda’s big huge mistake she was rude I walked out and went right back to Lily’s Sophie did my nails and when she was on maternity leave I had Peter do them and he’s fabulous and knowledgeable kind and professional. I’ve never had a bad experience. Their staff is also very nice. The prices are great. I’m a 74 years old so I don’t do fancy, but they do fancy

Ken did an awesome job on my manicure and pedicure with gel polish! He was professional, detail-oriented, and made sure everything looked perfect. My nails turned out beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Ken and will definitely be back!
