At my job I always get lot of compliments
I would say more like 3.5 only because of the miscommunication. When I came in I asked about the deluxe pedicure and manicure and if it included paraffin wax. They said yes. But unfortunately the gal that did my pedicure spoke limited English and gave me a basic pedicure and when I tried to ask about it I was told it was too late for the scrub, hot rocks but could do the wax for $7 more, That's fine. Posted pictures. Pedicure could have been better. My manicure turned out nice, but I'm not sure if I got the whole treatment.I suggest you use a menu to help the customer and nail tech to better communicate on services they want and what they actually will get.
