If Austin did anything else, we’d hire him for that, too! We had a squirrel problem a while back and he was amazing—camera in the attic, humane traps indoor and out (somehow knew the first one we caught wasn’t The One; we caught Her two days later), then repaired all the damage and fixed weak spots. He’s knowledgeable, thorough, does great work, answered my six dozen questions with a smile, and pays attention to the little things before, during, and after the work. We didn’t have any more squirrel problems for several years. It’s rare to see a Services company with such commitment and being open and Honest. God bless you guys.
I reached out to them for a squirrel problem. They turned out and inspected every nook and corner to assess overall.
They finally recommended I should get this fixed free by our HoA, because there was a structural issue. Then I reached to HoA with this report which was accepted by them and agreed to fix for free.
This company has saved me a 1000 dollar easily.
Appreciate their honesty!
