Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from but the level of care and urgency and attentiveness I received bringing my cat in was unmatched! Nothing but good things to say about the staff here and I feel lucky to have a good vet emergency hospital nearby.
Someone dropped a puppy off at our house earlier this week. Within a few days she started showing signs of having parvo. I called around to multiple vets and nobody would see her except for these people. Within a few hours they had a treatment plan made up for her and were giving her fluid and meds. I was also very impressed with how they used PPE when handling her to prevent spreading the infection to other pups. I haven't seen that before. After two visits they sent me home with fluids and meds to administer myself because she was doing so well, which that ended up saving me a bunch of time and money. Traveling and my dog needed to see a vet. So glad Triangle Veterinary Hospital was there and I knew she was in good hands. Amazing doctors and compassionate team members. Got us in right away! Thank you for taking care of my Gemma!
