What a terrific team! I went there during the ice storm. I called when I got there and 4 people came out to not only help getting my greyhound inside, but also to help me to navigate the icy sidewalk. Triage was done immediately. Dr. Randy Green examined Lucy and is a terrific diagnostician. After a short period of time he knew what was wrong and treated Lucy….without needless blood tests or X-rays. Thank you Dr Green! Both Lucy and I were helped back to my car and the next day there was a followup. Expertise along with kindness and compassion…you can’t beat that!
Had the unfortunate need to take our girl to an emergency vet for intestinal problems. We chose Triangle because of its convenient location. The front office was very clean and welcoming. Within a couple minutes of checking in a tech came to talk to us and took our girl back to be examined. The vet (Dr. Wilson) came out after her exam and was very thorough in her thoughts and plans to diagnosis what was going on. We actually liked sitting out front in the waiting room instead of being put in an exam room staring at 4 walls during the wait. Highly recommended. From the reception staff, to the tech and the DVM. All were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the tech (unfortunately, I never got her name) that was with me and my dog in the exam room. She explained everything. Thanks all
