Ricky really knows his electrical! He does not try to upsell anything. We had him install a fan in one of our bathrooms and recently had him back to fix outdoor outlets. Early Today my electricity when out. I had partial electricity— most of my lights were on, but all my major appliances A/C, internet etc were out. I contacted RL Griffin Electrical out of Holly Springs. After describing my problem Ricky told me my problem sounded like a Duke issue. He said sometimes Duke will say you need to call an electrician but don’t accept that answer. Tell them you did call my electrician and he has diagnosed it as a partial outage and they need to come out to fix it.
