New to NC and the area. I went to another nail salon in the area (across the street) where the tech completely messed up my nails I was hesitant to go anywhere else in this area. I took a chance and went into Lee Nails.
Let’s just say I was very impressed. I explained to the owner Kim (didn’t know she was the owner until several appointments later) what happened with my nails and she was happy to fix it. She evened the nails out and changed the color.

After having less than great experiences at other nail salons in the area, I tried this location and had the best experience despite them being busy. Everyone is friendly & does a great job. It’s the only salon I go to now. Last month, it was raining when I left & the tech walked me to my car with an umbrella! Can’t beat that customer service!
The review is for Francine. I’ve been here a few times over the past 5 10 years they’ve been open. I’ve only gone in last minute/emergency situations. Each time I went, customer service was horrible. Nails were a hit or miss as for quality or appearance. I went in a few months ago in another last minute situation and got Francine. Delightful from start to finish! Took her time, listened to what I wanted, didn’t feel rushed or whispered about. I felt that my presence was felt and cared for the entire service. My nails are gorgeous and last up to 3 or more weeks because she takes her time and is detail oriented. I never feel I’m rushed to get the next customer...read full review
