Holly Springs School of Dance (HSSOD) offers a nurturing environment for dancers of all ages, emphasizing joy, creativity, and personal growth. Students benefit from mentorship opportunities, student choreography, and assistance from older dancers, creating a sense of belonging. With a focus on love, support, and celebration, HSSOD truly feels like a home away from home.
The dance offerings and instructors at HSSOD are amazing—but as someone special once said, we come here for much more than dance! ✅ We come for the joy and creativity that is encouraged and nurtured in all of the dancers. ✅ We come for the high expectations of all dancers in effort, support, encouragement, and love for each other. ✅ We come here for the opportunities for growth—through mentors, student choreography, assistants to the instructors, and sharing and love between classes of all ages. ✅ We come here for the community—the friendships between the dancers, the parents, and the teachers as well as the chance to support organizations in and outside of Holly Springs through the shared love of dancing and creating and dancing! My daughter is starting her 8th season with HSSOD and it is her favorite place! She has grown so much as a dancer and as a person over the years and I’m excited to watch her growth in the coming years. She has the sweetest friends here and loves all of her teachers and the older dancers so much! As a mom who’s background is in coaching competitive cheerleading we were searching for a place that was not so catty and cut throat as that world can be and we couldn’t be happier with our choice to enroll her at HSSOD where she is loved and encouraged every step of the way!
