Highly recommend! Great communication , punctual, efficient, thorough, friendly, and very reasonably priced! We have small children, and 4 animals (including 2 huskies) and they did an incredible job. Everything smells and looks so pretty <3
Paul and his two sons did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and I’m extremely pleased with the results. They were professional and explained what they were doing throughout the process. The carpets look fresh and feel soft.
The whole experience, from scheduling to completion, was smooth and hassle‑free. I would gladly use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high‑quality carpet cleaning.
There's a reason Ericson Carpet Cleaning has all 5 star reviews. So many carpet cleaners in the area, but Paul was the only one decent enough to fit us into their busy schedule without throwing me into a 2 week wait, and that is something I won't forget. Paul immediately communicated with me for a scheduled date/time. Paul's sons Justin and Bailey arrived exactly on time, which is also rare around here. They were such nice young men...professional, courteous, and blazing fast with their work. They explained everything they did and left me really appreciating a good hard working local family...we need that here in Holly Springs. I wish Google had a six star review… read full review
