They are very knowledgeable and offer reasonable prices, whether it's fixing a broken laptop screen, wiring home LANs, or resolving computer problems. Customers highly recommend them for their reliability and great service.
We were on the way to geek squad, but decided to stop at ASAP. Best decision ever made, the staff and the owner did everything to help us. ASAP fixed my son’s computer, it was diagnosed and fixed within less than an hour. I will continue to utilize ASAP if I need a computer or a phone fixed, I will not go to anyone else. I utilized geek squad previously, but did not receive any where close to the service I received from ASAP. Their customer service and knowledge is amazing. I highly, highly recommend them for your electronic repairs. They had customers come in, that been coming there for 10+ years. They been in business at the same location for 15 years. That is incredible.
A couple days ago my laptop gave me the dreaded blue screen. I'd never been to ASAP before. I am not by any stretch computer literate. Alex and Corey were both great to work with. They are patient, and good listeners. They got right to the heart of the problem and had me up and running again in no time. Kudos, ASAP. THESE GUYS ARE THE CHAMPS!
This is a great local business! Very friendly and helpful. We bought a refurbished computer a few weeks ago at a very fair price and it was running very slow all of a sudden. We brought it back in thinking we were going to have to exchange it but they took the time to diagnose what was causing the problem and even stayed after they closed to help my son download some items in a better way to not slow down the computer. I highly recommend them for all your computer needs!
