Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to look at my several-years-old tankless water heater and see if it needs any maintenance work. The two technicians who came out were extremely professional and knowledgeable and advised me that despite the age of the unit, since it still works fine it’s best to just leave it alone … if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I don’t know how many plumbers would be that honest and willing to NOT do anything, because it was the right thing to do at this time. If and when the heater needs to be replaced, I will definitely keep Benjamin Franklin in mind to do the work!
