A&M Massage and Bodywork is a newly owned massage business offering a clean, relaxing and therapeutic space. Services include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Body Scrubs, Hot Stone, Intra-oral TMJ therapy, Sports and more. Milton is absolutely amazing and talented, very knowledgeable, and did an awesome job. One client’s shoulder pain greatly improved in just 4 months after years of dealing with it. Ashley also provides great massages with obvious technical skill and passion. A first visit for neck and shoulders led to scheduled follow up visits without hesitation. The business is located upstairs in the Downtown Village District of Holly Springs, suite #A.
My daughter got a 60 minute massage for me for my birthday. Milton was very professional and made me feel comfortable. He asked what areas to focus on and if any areas made me feel uncomfortable. All of the tension in my body, gone. Wow, just wow.
Milton went above and beyond getting all the knots out of my back and neck. I walked into my appointment in pain all over and felt so relaxed afterwards, and the pain was gone.
Ashley is amazing! She knows how to pinpoint trouble spots without being overly aggressive. I think the price is reasonable. She is way better than going to a chain store.
