I've had appointments here a few times over the years and can recommend them. Friendly staff in the door and a short wait.Dr. Marshall was excellent. Helpful and thorough. He made sure to double check any concerns I had about my glasses.Definitely go here if you need an eye exam in town!

Front desk, optometrist and the lady that I bought my new pair of glasses were very good and helpful. However, after my intake and while I was waiting for the optometrist in The room. I heard the lady that did my intake talking with other staff member how bad my vision was. I felt that was very inappropriate. I felt judge even though, they did not know why is the reason I haven’t get my vision check.

Very disappointed. I have been going here for years and never experienced a problem, however this year and last year when I ordered contacts and was told "5-7 business days" I ended up having to call the office after 7 days and ask where my order was because I was on my last pair of contacts. I of course could not get through to anyone in the actual office, just the operator in scheduling that doesn't work in the office. Today, 10 business days after ordering, I called again (because when I called after 7 days, I was told someone would call me back from the office, nobody did) and I was told the office is closed an entire week due to switching to a new system.
