We used housing solutions to put a covered front porch addition on our house and we would 100% use them again. They were thorough, responsive, and helpful. The workers they had at our house were super friendly and thoughtful, especially John and David, two of the main carpenters. Our neighbors talked to us about how great they were after literally the first week. They picked things up from one day to the next so our kid wouldn't get into it, watched out for our geriatric dog, and generally did a lot of things they didn't necessarily have to do that made the process easier for us. Housing Solutions did an excellent job on my screened in porch. Steve came out and gave me a fair estimate and helped me plan a design within my budget. Ultimately, I was very impressed with the quality of work and the team that did the job. A huge thank you to all who worked on my project but especially Sean, David, and Jeremy. They all worked hard, took pride in their work, and went above and beyond to make me feel like I got a quality build.
