As a pet fanatic, I've seen my share of vets. Dr. Martinez is my favorite I've ever worked with. Also, this practice really understands customer service. The staff have gone out of their way time and time again to offer fantastic health care and make us and our animals feel like family.

I have a rescue cat (former stray) who was suffering with an infected aural hematoma that completely blocked her ear canal.She is very skittish and impossible to put in a carrier. I was turned away by multiple vets, but this office was so compassionate - they coached me about sedating her and getting her in a carrier so they could sedate her. They treated her with such compassion and care, and she is thriving now and we are so grateful to have found this office!

I called to get deworming medicine for my new kitten who was found outside and who appears to have roundworms. The nice lady who answered told me where I could go to get over-the-counter deworming medicine (Tractor Supply) and that if I went there, I wouldn't have to bring the kitten in. Thank you.
