My first visit with Carolina Bright Smiles, with the dental hygienist Dianna, who was a very cheery young lady. I applauded her, I was very glad she assisted me with the cleaning of my teeth, and all the x-rays taken of my teeth. Dr. Garrett DDS PA and his office and office staff are equipped and prepared. My teeth were shining, bright like a diamond. Thank you!

Everyone from the time you walk into the building, through the service provided and exiting are all exceptional. My Dental Hygienist was very friendly and made my visit seem like two friends getting together. I felt she was providing a very professional cleaning and was very knowledgeable in regard to dental health/hygiene.

I needed my semiannual cleaning, but I have a recent health issue which causes me significant neck pain. The hygienist, Sharon - who was pleasant, skillful, and fun to talk with - worked with me to find a neck position so she could thoroughly clean my teeth with a minimum of discomfort; I wasn't sure I would be able to do it, but she made it happen!
UPDATE 7 months later: My neck has largely recovered, but I was delighted to have Sharon again as my hygienist. She cleaned my teeth very thoroughly, showed me the issues she was concerned about, and made sound recommendations for daily care.
