We had a wonderful experience with North Hampton Marine. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The pick-up and drop-off process was so quick and easy. Based on experiences with other companies in the past, we were expecting to be waiting a while, but the boat was completely ready to go as soon as we got there and we were on the water in no time. We will absolutely use them again next time we are at Lake Gaston!
Our experience and interaction with all of the employees was fantastic. They were helpful with information and they were the only boat rental on the lake that allowed dogs on board. This was a must for us!
Northampton was an excellent company to work with for our bachelor weekend! I felt the price was a steal, the boat was in excellent condition, and everyone was so polite, reasonable, and responsive to work with! I’m about as beginner as a beginner can get on the water, so I came in knowing almost nothing. But the personnel at Northampton was helpful, polite, and eager to answer all of my questions! They really helped make a special weekend even better. Will seriously consider booking through them again!!
