They turned my thermostat down to 63 degrees and left all my shutters open!! I wasn't home so my air ran constantly when it was 115 degrees outside. Also, paid for 4 hours and only received 3 hours of cleaning as verified by my garage door app. Very poorly run business that is not interested in keeping customers - all about the dollars.

Teresa's cleaning service has been nothing but amazing since we started using them almost 2 years ago. Both of the wonderful cleaners we've had during our time have always been prompt, incredibly friendly, and done a great job of keeping our house clean. I love the small details such as the folded toilet paper flowers. The owner is incredibly easy to work with and works with our budget and scheduling changes as needed. In addition to our bi-weekly cleanings, we've also had their team do a move-out cleaning when we moved last year and our realtor could not believe how clean they left our old home. Very professional. Great job considering that my home hasn't been cleaned in about two months. The only problem that we experience is that they were totally booked up so far out. But that goes to show that they are worth using as a cleaning service. I am very pleased and we are scheduled a month out in advance going forward to continue with their service. As long as the cleaners are the same all across the board we will be I great hands.
