Sarah is one of my favorite teachers! She really understands the body and challenges you in a way which is both safe and effective! The space is airy and light. She's welcoming and l loved meeting some other friendly faces with the same interest! I highly recommend trying a class or hiring Sarah 1on 1 to meet your goals! If you are truly looking for something different in Henderson her Yoga/Pilates inspired studio is the place for you to check out!
