Called at 7 am and left message . Expected a call during business hours but got a very rude call at nearly 9 pm today. I states I was looking for an appointment and asked if I could due to old office manager getting rude and she stated well we'll call u back tomarro.

Dr.coward needs to train his office staff
This practice is poorly run, you can never get them on the phone and the person who does finally call you back is less than professional. They are also the first medical office to charge me $25 per person to get my own medical records so I can go to a reputable physician. Stay far far away
