He has been caring for my family for many years. I can't see going anywhere else. He is very knowledgeable and personable and friendly with the whole family each visit. I feel he cares about his clients well being not just out eyes. This is what keeps us coming back.

I had an excellent experience, I received the service that I have been looking for... as in I am about to relocate to Oxford from living in Durham—I needed an office that cared about “ME” and not always about the money$$$.. My doctor—Dr. Coward was patient with me and from the receptionist to the technician I had the same kind and quality experience!!! now i am glad that i am going to be a part of the Oxford community in a few months and coming to Walmart for my future eyecare services —- YOU ALL HAVE WON ME OVER!!! keep up the good work, always (and as of today 09.13.2023 no more eye care here ?)

I would recommend Dr. Coward because he is very skilled and proactive in complex cases with his his excellent treatment, curiosity, and "can do" positive attitude. As a current patient, he quickly addresses and follows through when an issue arises in an urgent situation. He really does care for his patients as others have told me they have been coming for many years.
