I had only tried yoga a couple of times in other places and some online classes before I was introduced to Sunrise Yoga Studio. Since starting classes here, I have found out how much I love yoga and the yoga community at Sunrise.I am always learning with my body and my mind.

I was worried starting a new yoga studio 1 year ago and now it’s home ?. Julie and Bonnie are both beautiful souls. They lead you through poses and flows like I’ve never experienced before! I really like how well planned each class is with emphasis on different areas of our bodies. I always feel enriched and stronger after each and every class.

I tried yoga years ago and thought it wasn’t for me. It was more difficult than I expected. Julie is a wonderful instructor. She remembers people may have back, knee or hip problems, and she reminds you to be wary of certain moves. I felt so much better after my first class here. I can’t wait to go back again! Julie is truly an inspiration.
