Justin recovered my iPhone after my wireless network dropped during an iOS upgrade. He was very clear about what he would do and told me his pricing and time for the job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated his demeanor, his frankness and of course his apple wizard skills! I would not own an Apple laptop if it weren’t for Justin. He is Apple trained. He helped me understand how to use my Mac. I can call and make an appointment for a longer period of time asking how to do what I need. I have found anything that Justin can’t fix!!
