Customers can sit, relax, and decompress or engage in conversations, always feeling valued and not rushed. Regardless of how busy the salon is, the technicians make the time to ensure customers receive the same high-quality results and hospitable treatment every visit. Vivid Nails & Spa is a place where customers, including children, feel comfortable and eager to return.
I want to let you all know I appreciate you all. I have been to many nail salon/ spa, in many states but this salon I would recommend this one to anyone, men and women . When I go there, the place is clean and Truly welcome you with a smile and most of them smiles and they treat you like you are special. May God continue to bless this business more ! I went to Vivid with my partner and mother. We all got different services and were thoroughly impressed by the quality of our manicures and pedicures. I personally have not had my nails done in several years and I was nervous that I would not like them initially, but Truc was able to achieve exactly what I had asked for and delivered friendly conversation throughout the service. I sweat profusely and don’t like to go new places because it can be embarrassing at times, but none of the techs made me feel uncomfortable by gossiping or reacting negatively. The staff goes above and beyond and truly welcomes you. Radiant energy of happy and laughter fills the room. I am able to sit, relax and decompress or I can laugh, and engage in conversations. I always feel welcomed as well as three year old who loves going and getting pedicures! Everyone is very patient and goes above and beyond. Regardless if they are busy, they make the time and still make you feel important and not rushed! I get the same results every time and I am never disappointed in either the quality or hospitality! Would give 1827 stars if I could!
