Stop tellimg every single person that comes in the door "we are short staffed..." You have been at this stagfing for 6+ years, it isn't shanging, this is what you have....Every Doctor and Corpsman uses this as an excuse to provise low quality care.
The staff in labs were friendly and professional. My Dr. was kind and listened patiently while I explained everything. The wait time in pharmacy wasn't all that bad, I would say they were no different than any civilian pharmacy on a busy day. They were all very professional. One of the better medical center in my opinion.
I'm fortunate enough to have an amazing PCM, but pharmacy is a joke and never own up to their mistakes but rather blame the patient. The wait is a ridiculous time I waited almost 3hrs to get meds. Seems to be getting worse than improving. And they're never friendly.
