Justin was awesome! He had my Samsung Tablet fixed and running smoothly in much less time than I expected! He was polite and courteous at all times with a friendly attitude and a pleasant smile!! After Ms. Heather removed the virus protection program from my computer, I still had other conflicts involving another program I needed. She tackled that problem and cleared it up nicely. I appreciate her prompt service and believe her work rates 5 stars

I brought my computer in about a week ago because I couldn’t reset it and Heather and Kat were there and they helped me fast and had the best customer service. My computer was reset and they were really nice!
