I'm so relieved we found Mike. Our sewage line over the creek in our backyard was busted and he sprang into action speaking with Charlotte Water and the storm water guys to make sure he fixed it properly and without a huge amount of unnecessary work and expense. I had an excellent experience with this professional company! I had an issue with my since blocked New Year’s Day! They came out the very next day early, fixed it. 2 weeks later it reclogged i called them. Without giving me a hard time, they send someone right back out at no charge to unclog it again and things have been great since.Will definitely be my go to plumber moving forward.Highly recommended

This morning at 6:30am I sent Michael at Zocam Plumbing a facebook message because our water heater was leaking and we had no hot water. He responded within 5 minutes. Within an hour someone was at my door, had assessed the problem, and left to get us a new water heater... all before my kids had even left for school!!! It was installed by 12pm and we were all taken care of for a fair price. I didn’t have to miss any work, and was conveniently able to pay over the phone.
