Come here often. Im not sure if I will return after a previous experience. The techs rush and make the quality not the best. But I have one more stamp to get a discount LOL. decisions decisions. Maybe I will make an appointment for the ones that I do like and actually do a good job

Don't get me wrong the staff are excellent. BUT THE NEW OWNER... is wet behind the ears a barely twenty something who sits at the front on her sticker-covered laptop playing video games while customers wait without updates on their appointments, being offered a drink, or being offered a book of nail colors. It's quite sad how this place is now managed. The wait times are longer even though you make an appointment- how does that even make sense? When you ask about your wait time THE OWNER is unapologetic. And the prices are over the top- SNS hands and gel pedicure will cost you $115 plus tip. Who let this CHILD OWN A NAIL SALON? I'm going back to Venice.
